Each student who comes to Job Corps has different needs and expectations. Job Corps' personnel work together to help all enrollees achieve their professional goals.

With Job Corps’ Career Development Services System, your Job Corps experience is composed of four stages:

  • Outreach and Admissions (OA)
  • Career Preparation Period (CPP)
  • Career Development Period (CDP)
  • Career Transition Period (CTP)

The fundamental goal of the process is to help students achieve their career objectives. You can review the CDSS steps at the National Job Corps Web site.
